Scholarship Information
The Rutland Historical Society is now accepting applications for the Edmund and Freda Kelsey Memorial Scholarship. Named in honor of two former Rutland educators, the scholarship is offered to any Rutland high school senior planning to enter college, who has resided in the town of Rutland for at least two years.
The award is based on scholarship with emphasis given to involvement and contributions in the areas of both school and community. Applicants should submit the common scholarship application, obtained from their guidance office, with an official transcript, SAT/ACT scores, and a letter of recommendation by May 1. Applications should be sent to:
